How do I place an order?

The store timings are IST 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Can I customize an order?

Yes, we offer customization services like sleeves, neckline, colour options,etc. Please get in touch with us on +91 9899795921 on WhatsApp/ Call or email us at info@aditigupta.in

Some customizations might have an additional charge on the retail price depending on the nature of changes being made.

How do I know my size?

We refer to our standard size chart as displayed on the product page. However, we encourage you to send your measurements after placing an order to have the product made specifically to your size. In case of any questions regarding the size chart, feel free to contact us.

We make bespoke products for your special occasions. our style team would love to help you with your comfort custom needs.

How do I make the payment?

We offer multiple payment methods, you may choose one of the following according to your convenience:

What if I want any changes/cancellation/update of an existing order?

As per our company policy, we don't take any cancellations nor we make any changes once the order is placed.

What are shipping charges ?

We offer worldwide shipping with shipments within India being free and shipping charge borne entirely by us. However, an extra charge is applied on international orders which is solely dependent on the country it is being dispatched to, that will be informed to you once the order is ready to be dispatched, as per the weight & size of the product.

Are the colours of the products shown on the website accurate?

All our products are displayed on our website with clearly mentioned names of colours and well-lit photos with standard lighting to give you the best outlook of the products. There is a slight possibility of variations in colours, fabrics, dyes, prints, embroideries when viewed digitally on screen through your device. 

What are my delivery options?

While placing an order you would have the option of it being delivered to your doorstep or at your convenience. In case you wish to pick up the product yourself, you can contact us at +91 9899795921 and accordingly schedule a pick up from either our Flagship Store at Carma, Ambawatta, Mehrauli, New Delhi, the store timings are IST 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Sunday- 12:00-5:00 PM).

What if I order multiple products?

What is the time frame for receiving products?

How do I get my product altered and how much time does it take for the alterations?

Some products can be altered on inquiry on WhatsApp or call at +91 9899795921 or through email at info@aditiguptain. In case of alterations, it takes anywhere between one to two weeks which varies according to the product nature and quantity. The products need to be delivered to us by the client, alteration and shipping charges are completely borne by the client. 

How to send the order for alterations?

When sending products for alterations, clients can get it delivered to us at our Flagship Store at Carma, Ambawatta, Mehrauli, New Delhi, the store timings are IST 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Sunday- 12:00-5:00 PM). The cost of delivery to us will be borne entirely by the client.

I shopped for products from a multi-brand outlet. Can any alterations be done?

If you have shopped any of our products from a multi-brand outlet kindly contact the respective multi-brand outlet for alterations.

What do I do if I don’t like my product(s)? Is there a Refund Policy?

We do our best to provide quality craftsmanship to our clients and hope to meet and exceed expectations with our products while giving them easy navigation throughout our website. What do I do if my order is received in a damaged condition?

We pay immaculate attention to everything from the details of your garments to shipping and pack all our products securely so that they reach you safely in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged product then we will rectify it for you.
